Red-lipped batfish

The red-lipped batfish can be found walking around the seas surrounding the Galapagos.

Not only have they evolved to strut along the ocean bed they also look like they have daubed themselves with a bit too much lipstick.

The next evolutionary leap for the species is presumably to develop some sort of ‘get it here’ sign.
